Located in the Parkgate Village of North Vancouver, a family run butcher shop with a passion for quality hormone and antibiotic free, locally sourced meats and artisan cheeses.
Sam worked as chef for many years in the GVRD, and made the plunge into butchery 2 years ago. Sustainability and supporting local business is at the forefront of their business, and is demonstrated throughout each product that lines their shelves and glass cases. It was an absolute pleasure and an eye opening experience, getting to tell their story and share it with their clients!
